[Xastir] Amusing: Xastir can't quite count (off-by-one error)

Sounds like the off-by-one bug is still there. I'll take another look.

As for the replicated features, I'm not sure how to start on that one
(partly because
I don't have general access to a monitor that big...). As I look
through the code for
the off-by one bug I'll keep my eyes open.
