[Xastir] dbfawk problem

There should already be an "update-xastir" script that should do all the steps for you if run as "root".  It runs "./bootstrap.sh" which runs the autoconf/automake tools which give you the updated version number.

If you just do a cvs update and a compile/make install, you won't get the version number updated.
