[Xastir] Debian 6 (squeeze) Binary

Similar to the Ubuntu 11.04 binary that was built yesterday, there is
now a new binary for Debian 6 (Squeeze), which also works in Mepis 11.

It can also be found in the binaries/downloads section of the wiki
under either Debian or Mepis.

The binaries are most easily installed with a user-friendly
application (gdebi) - details in the wiki.
They have been built with "everything" except GDAL and Festival.
