[Xastir] Default PHG

[John Wilson]

Would that PHG0000 be inputed into the Comments Box under the File,
Configure, Station, prior to any other comments?

Also, there is still in Xastir itself, when viewing your own icon
station info, there is still default PHG, when PHG is disabled.
