[Xastir] CVS back online

I deleted my xastir build directory (located at ~/xastir) and checked
things out fresh - now that CVS is back.
I notice the directory structure is now slightly different. Used to be the
source (and bootstrap.sh) were in ~/xastir, now there is another layer.
You'll now find bootsrap.sh in:
~/xastir/xastir
(updated Fedora build notes on the wiki to match)
