[Xastir] Wiki update for Ubuntu 11.10

I got it working now I has to do a 
Sudo apt-get install xinit
Now Xastir loads up fine.
I have it on a temp box I am going to configure and play on there.  I also
have DXSPIDER running on the server. Will both application work without any
issues?

You are evidently not aware of the server version of Ubuntu, which installs
by default with no desktop.
