[Xastir] Please delete these files (CVS version only)

Please manually delete these three files from your /usr/local/share/xastir/symbols/ directory after updating to the latest CVS.  We renamed them to match the new weather alert code, so there will be other files with similar names after you install the new version.

This change makes the system more extensible, giving us the capability to handle additional types of weather alerts in the future merely by adding more files with the proper names.  Thanks to Arnaud, F4EIR, for the initial patch that sent us down this path (and simplified that section of our code).

Log Message:
Removing no longer used weather alert files.  We renamed them slightly to match
the alert_tag text in the NWS weather alerts.
