I've just put the pi in service as Igate, using ax25 and aprx, and am
running a USB Lilliput monitor, LXDE and Xastir on that

top shows

The only map I've got on the display is the worldhi.map at 200km shown
on the range.
I can see coastline and 2 major rivers, and honestly, I know where all
the fixed stations are, which is just as good as names on the map. This
map has no roads, so this wouldn't do for use in the car, but is fine
for the shack.
