Things must have changed then, I recall only needing a pass-code to send
data to the feed. However, I've been running an Igate for over 10 years so
my previous recollection may be incorrect.

Unfortunately a lot of the APRS-IS servers require authentication before
they'll send data.  So, no callsign = no passcode = no Inet data.
