Fred,

Be patient. Your 06/11/2013 01:06 PM message just showed up in my mail
at about 14:20 on 06/12/2013; thus me thinks the mail servers are a bit
bogged down.

My advise is to keep digging in the readme files and the wiki as it has
been detailed in both in the past. Other than that I just use the online
maps.
