[Xastir] Automated Xastir

There is no internet at the site, if there was this would be much simpler. The goal is to find an RF solution. I'm understanding from the replies that perhaps Xastir is not the best solution to my challenge. I will look into dxprs as mentioned in another email. Seems like there ought to be a way to just trigger the tnc from python or something. But I don't need to reinvent the wheel either.

Eventually the second tnc-pi may still be used with Xastir in the mobile. More to come.
