[Xastir] More Kubuntu 13 map problems

If I were in your shoes and hunting down this sort of thing, I'd start with an absolutely
minimal Xastir install, with almost no optional libraries, and add them gradually until
you find the one causing the build failure.

It looks like you're trying to build Xastir with *every* optional library from the start.
It'll be a lot easy to track down if you start in the other direction.

You wouldn't even have to remove the libraries from your system.  Just add a bunch of 
"--without-" options to configure, like:

  --without-festival --without-gpsman --without-libcurl --without-libproj \
  --without-shapelib --without-pcre --without-geotiff --without-ax25 --without-gdal \
  --without-map-cache --without graphicsmagick --without-imagemagick

That'd make sure that NO optional libraries will be used even if they'd be found on your
system.  Then you can remove them one at a time until it starts to fail again.
