Lee,

Just letting you know I tried the new binary with both Linux Mint
Debian and also Antix 13beta2 . Both of these distros were released
within the last 7 days and both based on debian testing. Xastir
installed fine and ran. They both downloaded some dependencies and
carried on fine.

There seems to be a lot of talk about Debian 7 release. It could just
be wishful thinking but some think it could be this long weekend even.
But in the end who knows, its debian after all and its ready when its
ready. I guess there wont be be any changes to the code base affecting
Xastir at this stage if release is immenent anyway and there is a code
freeze now in place.

So once again. Good work on the deb binary. Thanks
