[Xastir] Emergency locate beacon

It's because they have the text "EMERGENCY" in all caps in their text.  It triggers several apps, not just Xastir.  Get them to switch to "Emergency" or something else and they'll stop triggering the emergency alerts in all the apps.  There are several bits of text that can do that, they just hit upon a good one.
