[Xastir] Raspberry Pi: uk_aprs_maps fail to display(solved)

Update: Somehow I hosed my raspbian install - it wouldn't boot after an
update, so I had to write the latest raspbian to a fresh card & reinstall
xastir : it now works fine & displays maps properly.
Now to get map caching of online maps working.......
