use these:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at xastir.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xastir
login

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at xastir.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xastir co
-r BRANCH_qt xastir
