[Xastir] Added screen captures to xastir.org

I copied the screen captures and captions from sourceforge.net/projects/xastir over to xastir.org.  It looks much better!

Hopefully whoever originally created those images will give me permission to use them on the xastir.org site.  Otherwise I'll remove them and create new ones myself.
