Did you have a precompiled binary from elsewhere at one time? This
looks like your .xastir config file has old data pointing to an old
installation.  Try doing

mv ~/.xastir  ~/.xastir-old

and run xastir again. this time it will start with no configuration,
so it will build it from scratch.
