[Xastir] Xastir with Kantronics KAM not transmitting

Before the xastir experts weigh in on this, is it transmitting beacons 
but not digipeating, or is it not transmitting anything? Two different 
areas of concern and answers.

Also, are we talking about ZS6XOX or ZS6XOX-10?
