[Xastir] UI-view Maps not working

For a while it was possible to use IM in Xastir if one made sure not to
enable HRI support, but that was an impediment to compiling Xastir --- if
you got it built then it generally worked.  

This "colorspace != RGB" issue has cropped up a few times recently, and I have
no idea what new breakage from IM is responsible for it.

We really need to deprecate IM support in Xastir.  Chasing down their 
incompatibilities is a full-time job.
