[Xastir] VOX trigger

Thanks to the help here, I think I basically have the audio modem working
with APRS on xastir.

I couldn't find a way to trigger the PTT on the URIx (USB radio interface),
so I will try to build a VOX circuit.

Who here has had experience with VOX? What do I need to trigger the VOX
early so the beginning of my transmission does not get cut off?  Will
setting a tx delay work? What I really need is a vox trigger tone like what
pocket packet uses.
