[Xastir] configure screen doesn't fit in 480 lines

Got a beagle bone black with touchscreen cape.  The main xastir configure
screen (the one that comes up the first time you run xastir) doesn't fit on
the 800x480 screen, so I can't get to the OK button at the bottom to save
settings.

And in case anyone else is wondering, mine is not very bright - I haven't
untethered from the wall yet, but I sort of doubt its utility outdoors.
