[Xastir] git intructions typo?

you're gonna have to clue me in.  if i type mkdir build -p i get two
directories, build and -p. i need a directory named -p?

now, mkdir -p blah/blah/blah i'm familiar with, but since build is one deep
that doesn't seem to be relevant here...
