I saw the new How to Git, I have been using the CVS for awhile. How do I update in the future. Do I remove xastir from my home directory and install the git clone. And use git pull to update in the future.

In addition to Github mod...

Ubuntu version now supports version 16.04.
Debian version supports both 7/Wheezy and 8/Jessie (previous was Jessie
only).
Raspian version combines 7/Wheezy and 8/Jessie versions into one script.

I don't have all these platforms to test on, so some users will have to be
guinea pigs. My RPi, for example, is headless and has no X installed.
