[Xastir] Weather alerts not found

I'm getting some weather data, and if I select "View -> Weather
Alerts" there's a bunch in there, but when I double click on one I get
(for example) "PHINPWEG0 Not Found".  What did I miss?

Connected to firenet, filter is m/66 -p/CW e/WE7U-WX/AE5PL-WX s//S -s/w
