[Xastir] Weather alerts not found

I gave you bad advice before. Was on my cellphone and didn't take time to
read/understand the issue.

There are two people providing the weather alerts, Pete and myself. Pete
provides the text on the server that you can get to with the double-click
(or click?).

I can't remember now whether I implemented that part of it too. If so it
would be under a different link than Pete's stuff, plus the URL for my
alerts would have changed when my homepage URL changed recently. I need to
dig in to the code to see if I can resurrect that stuff, but again, only if
I originally implemented that part of it in the first place!
