[Xastir] Xastir sound files missing..

Depends completely on what system you have and how you install Xastir.

Most packaged Xastir builds (and apparently the one David Ranch is using)
generally put Xastir and its share directory under /usr.

Hand-rolled source builds of Xastir put it under /usr/local unless told 
to do otherwise.
