[Xastir] Problems following Raspbian upgrade to Stretch

We'll try this again and try to rep;y to the list...

Just a quick thanks to all for the suggestions to resolve my problem.  I 
did recompile the xastir, and the system is now back up and running.

Now I just have to get the antenna back up in the air...
