[Xastir] RasPi upgrade continued ...

Here is the error thrown by lx panel, and the only error in those logs that
looked relevant.  I did do another apt-get update/upgrade, now when xastir
boots, the panel still disappears, but my icons on the desktop stay the same
(before they would get jumbled around in addition to the panel
disappearing).

Hello Rob,

If no errors show up on the Xastir console, I would then look at other
files:

    /var/log/Xorg.0.log
    /var/log/messages
    /var/log/syslog
    etc
