[Xastir] GPS NMEA sentences decoded by Xastir

This is an example of data transmitted from my navigation system not decoded 
from xastir , even after mine mods of gps.c.
You can see that only one (IIRMC) is of interest for the localization. May 
be the lack of the IIGGA is the problem....

Since getting data apparently involves taking the boat out, I think I would 
capture a bunch of data so I could feed it to xastir via a test harness when 
back on shore. You can replay the data over and over as you test.

You could even share the data here. Even if someone isn't able to do the 
development, they may be able to spot differences or problems and give you 
suggestions.
