[Xastir] Xastir on pi3 with kpc3 plus

Thanks.  I was just fixing to point that out, too.

The issue appears to be that the KPC3+ uses software flow control, and
some KISS packets can cause it to stop flowing.  

I think that workaround was discovered long after my KPC3+ got filed in
the "miscellaneous old equipment" pile.
