[Xastir] Problems with ridge radar maps

I am having the same problem on Fedora 25.  If I manually plug the we 
address of the map files into a browser it the maps display in the 
browser so its not a problem with the NWS files.  I have tried a fresh 
install on another machine and xastir still does not display the maps.
