[Xastir] Problems with ridge radar maps

If they suddenly stopped working then the things that come to mind are:

   The servers changed, stopped working, or the path to the files on the servers changed.

   Your systems changed due to updates: ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick, JPEG libraries, something like that. Something involved with the actual display of the files after Xastir downloads them.
