[Xastir] Cygwin Users?

It runs very nicely under Cygwin on Windows 10. If you are interested I can
send you a copy of the docs to give it a try. The only issue is with sound
alerts.

Dan, i just joined this list... has been years since i used Xastir but am
getting it going under Ubuntu.
My question: does Cygwin run okay under Win10? Or is it so outdated that
there will be endless grief making things work?
