I should add that when I try to install the packages, this happens:

*$ sudo apt-get install liblcms1-dev**
**Reading package lists... Done**
**Building dependency tree **
**Reading state information... Done**
**Package liblcms1-dev is not available, but is referred to by another
package.**
**This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or**
**is only available from another source**
**
**E: Package 'liblcms1-dev' has no installation candidate**
*

and

*$ sudo apt-get install libtiff4-dev**
**Reading package lists... Done**
**Building dependency tree **
**Reading state information... Done**
**Package libtiff4-dev is not available, but is referred to by another
package.**
**This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or**
**is only available from another source**
**However the following packages replace it:**
**  libtiff5-dev:i386 libtiff5-dev**
**
**E: Package 'libtiff4-dev' has no installation candidate*
