[Xastir] path question

Thanks for this interesting explanation with the origin of WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 (usefull with old APRS materials).

First cut. Feel free to edit.

I changed a couple of "WIDE" entries, added "RELAY", added the historical note.

Still needs to be "prettied-up" with headings and the like but the basic info is there:
