[Xastir] Be glad that Xastir moved to GitHub

Sounds a bit of a perfect storm:

   1. They just changed data centers - Feb 12+ : does seem they botched 
it though

   2. They got hit with the a DDoS - Feb 25

   3. Something else is up too - Feb 28+
