[Xastir] It appears the GIT repro has been locked down

This is almost certainly a problem on your end as there is nothing broken
at github itself:

If you actually post the errors you are seeing to the mailing list, it might
actually be possible to help you.  As it is, it's anybody's guess what's going
on for you.
