[Xastir] OSX 10.15.7 Macports: configure: error: **** MOTIF LIBRARIES NOT FOUND ****

Hi Group,

I am running OSX 10.15.7 and following some OSX updates and/or git pull on Xastir i am getting after ../configure --prefix=/opt/local --with-bdb-incdir=/opt/local/include/db60/ --with-bdb-libdir=/opt/local/lib/db60/:

checking for Motif libraries... configure: error: **** MOTIF LIBRARIES NOT FOUND **** Install Motif development headers/libraries or use --with-motif-libraries to specify path to libXm.a

libXm.a is located in /opt/local/lib so i tried --with-motif-librairies=/opt/local/lib but it failed. openmotif is installed.

Any hints/suggestions are welcome.
