[Xastir] Obsolete autoconf macro usage [was:Re: A few bugs under Gentoo]

Fixed in commit d7313dd

This only removes the two neglected AC_TRY_COMPILE calls.  The others
are more work, and I won't be fixing those in the forseeable future.  Of course,
anyone else is welcome to help out.
