[Xastir] KISS over TCP

This looks like it's meant to create a network interface for a TNC, which is
sort of the opposite of what the OP is asking for (using a KISS-over-TCP 
TNC with Xastir, which requires either an ax.25 port or serial KISS TNC).

Maybe I'm misunderstanding tncattach.

How are you using tncattach to connect to Xastir?
