[Xastir] Blocking a callsign?

Xastir has no notion of a block list for RF.   There *is*, however, a way to
turn off the "pop up new bulletins" feature.  Look under 
File->Configure->Defaults.  That might be enough to take the edge off the
annoyance.  You'll be throwing away the baby with the bathwater, but in my
area bulletins are rarely used for useful stuff, and mostly just reflect
people playing around with software or spamming useless info.

Your only other recourse is to ask the sender to tone it down.  One doesn't 
have to be confrontational about it, just pointing out the effect they're 
having on you should be enough.  Perhaps there are other APRS users in your
area who are equally irritated at the noise who can back you up?
