[Xastir] Release 2.2.2

To help out with some distro package management concerns, I just pushed a 
point release of Xastir 2.2.2.

This is just today's development version given a name, but there it is.  If
you're a distro package maintainer, you might want to generate a new package
to reflect the current version number.

There aren't many changes since 2.2.0, but there are some:
