Slim to none given the current level of development effort (which is mostly
just bug fixes these days).

Yeah, unfortunately, that's mostly how things get done, someone keen on
having the feature implements it and provides the code.
One would have to dig around in the "db.c" section of the code where incoming
packets are processed and added to the internal database of position packets,
and insert some code that compares the callsigns of incoming packets to that
block list.
