I tested all three tiled OSM files, and only fosm and mapnik support https.
The cycle map one does not. Odd.
At any rate, I have pushed a change that will allow these files to be correctly
generated. As noted before, you have to rebootstrap, and if rebuilding
in a previously used build directory, one has to remove the old .geo files
that were created before or they won't get regenerated.
Most of the other .geo files that get installed already had https: in them,
with the exception of the geogratis.gc.ca maps. These all have http: URLS,
which I have left alone. They may be broken this way, but I don't have time
to check them before making a change. If anyone is using those it would be
helpful to see if removing cached files and trying to restart Xastir actually
works, or if it spews error messages instead. It's an easy enough fix, it's
the testing that is time consuming.
