[Xastir] Xastir 2.2.4 released.

I just pushed out a release of Xastir version 2.2.4.

See https://github.com/Xastir/Xastir/releases for release notes.

If you're using git, just do a git pull in your clone and reconfigure/recompile 
for all the hot new stuff.

Curt got the mailing list back up this week, so hopefully this will go through.

Curt has got the xastir.org wiki back on line, but it is now pretty much
deprecated, as nobody's been updating it in a long time and it's frequently
down.  We've got all new documentation written at 
https://github.com/Xastir/Xastir/wiki and have modified all in-source 
documentation to point at it.
