[Xastir-Dev] Fixed tnc_data_clean and added it to serial TNC

I fixed the problem with tnc_data_clean and now all those "cmd:"
strings should be a thing of the past for static TNC as well as TNC
and GPS with AUX port.  Eventually, all TNC interfaces should run this
function, but right now, the two I use work, and that's my golden
standard. :-)
