Wow, things have changed since I last saw the code.

There's this "dbfawk" thing that got added, but even when it's not
enabled, awk.c and awk.h don't work under FreeBSD.

I'm looking at it now, just wanted to give a heads-up to whoever is
focusing on dbfawk.
