[Xastir-Dev] Fixed awk, but install's messed

All I had to do to fix the awk part was to add a reference to
<sys/type.h>, but when I tried to install the software, something bad
happened.

Instead of installing to /usr/local/share/xastir/ it installed to
/usr/local/share// which made a mess of my system.  Has anyone else
seen this happen?
