[Xastir-Dev] Bad install fixed

Another one-liner resolved this issue.  I changed the AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
line to include a reference to the package.  It now says this:

AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE(xastir)

Could someone with access to Linux, Solaris, et al. give this a try to
ensure it doesn't break anything?
